Beril Topcu and Sedat Topcu are Toronto real estate brokers with Royal LePage Signature Realty, serving buyers, sellers and investors throughout Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. Both speak English and Turkish and provide bilingual real estate services to Toronto’s Turkish-speaking community.

Sedat is the partnership’s negotiator and market analyst. Years of reading the GTA’s micro-cycles have built a calm, data-led approach to pricing, offer strategy, and pre-construction investment.
He works closely with sellers on positioning, investors on portfolio strategy, and every client on the conditional structures that quietly protect the deal long after the offer is signed.
